Terms of Booking and Privacy Statement
All prices quoted are fully inclusive of VAT at 15%.
Written confirmation and a non-refundable deposit of £250.00 are required to secure the booking.
The anticipated account, less deposit, will be due for payment no later than 14 days prior to the event. Any balance should be settled no later than 7 days thereafter.
The hotel reserves the right to charge the client for any loss of profit or charges incurred by the hotel due to cancellation or non arrival or a substantial reduction in confirmed numbers.
Final numbers along with table plans and place cards should be received by the hotel no later than 48 hours prior to the event.
Children under 5 will not be charged, and children between 5 and 12 will be provided with half portions, and non-alcoholic drinks in the case of drinks packages, at 50% of the adult price, or an agreed children's menu.
