
All
prices quoted are fully inclusive of VAT at 17.5%
written confirmation and a non-refundable deposit of
£250.00 are required to secure the booking.
The
anticipated account, less deposit, will be due for
payment no later than 14 days prior to the event.
Any balance should be settled no later than 7 days
thereafter.
The
hotel reserves the right to charge the client for
any loss of profit due to cancellation or non
arrival or a substantial reduction in confirmed
numbers.
Final numbers along with table plans and place cards
should be received by the hotel no later than 48
hours prior to the event, and it is these numbers at
that stage on which the account will be based.
Children under 5 will not be charged, and children
between 5 and 12 will be provided with half
portions, and non-alcoholic drinks in the case of
drinks packages, at 50% of the adult price, or an
agreed children’s menu.

We take Switch, Solo, Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club
and American Express.
Room hire charges for
Civil Ceremonies are :
£150.00 Saturdays and
Bank Holidays
£100.00 Sunday – Friday.
It
is essential that clients make contact with the
Superintendent Registrar at The Sheffield Registry
Office. (Registry Office, Surrey Place, Sheffield,
S1 1YA). A fee for his attendance will be payable,
as will the notice of marriage and the certificate.
This is payable directly to them before the event.
Any
Music, Readings, Performance or words which form any
part of the Ceremony must be Secular.
This Ceremony must take place between 8am – 6pm.
